Matrix Orthopaedics provide medical transcription outsourcing services to both the NHS and the private sector, enabling them to outsource their typing to us. All transcription work is carried out by highly experienced UK based transcribers specialising in medical transcription in all medical fields. All of our transcribers have a minimum of 10 years NHS & private experience. We have worked for a number of Private/ NHS Providers over the last few years, with excellent reviews.

Matrix Orthopaedics is now ISO27001 accredited in Information Security Management from 2nd November 2010.

Matrix Orthopaedics adopts a strict data protection policy with procedures and policies in place to ensure all information supplied is kept confidential and secure. With our business concentrating on medical transcription, it is an area in which we are fully compliant.

Matrix Orthopaedics is registered with (ICO) Information Commissioner’s Office which is in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Security:

Matrix Orthopaedics has a strict security policy ensuring all information is held securely on our three servers using the latest technology.

Each user is allocated key fob which provides two-factor authentication: the user has a personal identification number (PIN), which authenticates them as the device’s owner, after the user correctly enters their PIN, the random number displayed on the key fob allows access to the network.
