Building Control deals with Building Control applications, other functions
include street naming and numbering, demolitions, safety of sports grounds
and dangerous structures.
Planning Implementation covers Urban Design, Regeneration, Landscape and
Reclamation, Countryside and Conservation (built heritage).
Planning Policy deals with strategic issues including the Unitary Development
Plan (UDP), Local Development Framework (LDF), Development Plan Documents
(DPD) and associated Supplementary Planning Documents (SPD).

I found this to be very useful and also very interesting, its nice to see whats happening in the area. Well done Tech for putting this on. maybe the same could be done for Durham council as we do cross the boundries.
