This is a privately owned hostelry.

It has been a public house for over 100 years and maybe the oldest pub in Fence Houses.

The opening times are:-

Monday to Saturday 11am – 11pm

Sunday 12 noon – 10.30pm

Free pool every Wednesday evening.

The recently decorated, comfortable lounge is available for functions totally free of charge; Buffet meals can be arranged at a very reasonable cost.

The lounge seats approximately 60 persons any over spill can be accommodated in the beer garden weather permitting.

The lounge opens via patio doors onto an extensive beer garden and children’s play area. (Children must be supervised at all times.)
